Order Processing
- Orders are prepared within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time — each order is hand-finished.
- Preparation time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated Delivery: Los Angeles area: 3–5 business days.
Outside California: 7–10 business days. - Domestic Shipping Only: We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping is not offered.
Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
- You may track your order directly through USPS or by using our order tracking app on the website.
Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged products must be returned unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
- Lost packages will be replaced once the claim has been verified with USPS.
- Tilted Chair is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including a valid phone number for delivery purposes.
- Tilted Chair will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
