- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Fragrance-Specific Requirements
Because perfume products are classified as flammable liquids and require special handling:
- Perfumes must be unopened, unused, and sealed, with box and bottle intact.
- Returns must follow ground shipping only (USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or tailored items
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past expiration
- Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed
- Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
- Discovery Kits, samples, and promotional items (fragrance-related)
- Opened, used, or sprayed perfumes
Tilted Chair reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Include photos or proof of damage to receive a replacement or refund.
- Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Tilted Chair.
5. Sale & Discounted Items
- Only regularly priced goods may be refunded.
- Items purchased on discount, promotion, or clearance are final sale, unless required by law.
6. Returning Goods
- For eligible returns (excluding damaged/incorrect items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
- All fragrances must be returned via ground shipping only due to flammable liquid regulations.
